The Global Vision Educational & Welfare Society was registered Registration Number (Reg.No.296/2005), basically as a voluntary, Non-Governmental, Non-Political, Non-Sectarian and Non-Profit making organization, with The Registrar of Societies, Sri Balaji Registration District, Tirupati, Chittoor District, Andhra Pradesh under the provisions of the Society Registration Act XXXV of 2001 on 25-08-2005.

There are seven promoter members for Global Vision Educational & Welfare Society, who also formed as the First Governing Body to the society in accordance with rules and regulations under the Societies Registration Act XXXV of 2001. Brief details of the promoter members are furnished hereunder:
